No Pictures! (Ok, maybe a few pictures)

We had another full day today -- we went to Westminster Abbey (no pictures!), Buckingham Palace (no pictures!), and the theater (no pictures!).  Although we could not take photos inside any of these amazing stops, we managed to get a few coming and going.

While the rest of the group started the day at Westminster, I ran over to Leicester Square to secure tickets to Mamma Mia for the evening (I had 4 shows in mind when I arrived at the TKTS booth and went with the best option).  I caught up with them at Westminster in Poet's Corner in time to see a bit of the Abbey, have lunch, and snap some exterior pics:

We had lunch at the Cellarium at Westminster -- it was delish!

We all agreed Ellie's Victorian Lemonade was yummy (and photographed well):

Sometimes you laugh a lot at lunch:

We headed to the Royal Mews next where we saw some really fancy coaches:

And fan girl-ed over a horse:

No pictures inside Buckingham Palace -- we walked through the state rooms and saw the Queen's fashion through the years.  Then we went out to the garden and got a few nice pictures on our way to the exit:

We also found the BFG at Buckingham!

We thought we had plenty of time to get from Buckingham to the theater (and earlier in the day actually thought we would have time to eat a proper dinner before the show).  Instead, we were practically running to make the 7:45 curtain:

Thanks to TKTS, we had great last minute seats!

We all had a wonderful time and now we are all VERY TIRED.

Tomorrow is our last day in England -- we are heading to Windsor for the day.
